Who we are
Aspire Home Care serves people and families across Indiana. We give warm, person-centered care at home. We work with older adults and with people who have a disability. That includes people on Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs.
Our goal is more than help with daily tasks. We want the people we serve to stay in charge of their own lives. You make your own choices. We help you live safely and well, at home and in your own town.
Every person and family has a different story. So we start by listening. We work with you, your family, your case manager and the rest of the care team. The plan we build reflects what matters most to you.

The person getting care is at the heart of all we do.
You have the right to choose how you live each day. You have the right to choose the help you get. Our caregivers step in where help is needed. The rest of the time they help you stay strong and do things your own way.
Care is not just a list of tasks. It means knowing the person. Their routine. What they like. What they find hard. Who they love. Where they come from. What they hope for. The help we give respects all of it.

Our team works with you, your family and your case manager. We make sure the care you are approved for is the care you get.
